Sport, fun and nature in an avant-garde ski area
An incomparable view of the Dolomites can be enjoyed from the Paganella plateau, where one of the best equipped ski areas is located and easily reachable by the Brenner motorway.
On the edge of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, splendid slopes start from the Cima Paganella at 2,125 meters above sea level and reach the plateau (800-1000 meters), both towards the Fai and the Andalo stations. The 14 ski lifts are of modern conception, with 50 km of interconnected slopes, of different difficulty and length, for skiing and snowboarding.
Beginners will find four equipped school camps and two playgrounds in the snow with treadmills. Thanks to a modern programmed snowmaking system, skiability is guaranteed and prolonged throughout the season. The instructors of the ski schools are available (5 in Andalo and 1 in Fai della Paganella), and the experts of the Paganella Ski Style Association and the Olimpica Ski center.
The Andalo Sports Center, a true citadel of sport, offers an ice rink, gyms, swimming pools and the ACQUAIN, the wellness center of about 1000 square meters. Just around it there are two cross-country skiing rings, with evening lighting. You can also walk in the snow on 3 km of specially groomed trails and have fun on the toboggan runs or on the horse-drawn sleigh.
The Paganella Brenta Skipass is part of the Skirama Dolomiti Adamello-Brenta. All types of equipment can be rented on site and the ski bus service is free.
Brentonico Plateau - Polsa - S. Valentino
Modern ski equipment and facilities with fascinating views of Lake Garda and the Little Dolomites
Particularly popular with young people, the ski area of the Brentonico plateau extends on the northern side of Monte Baldo, between Lake Garda and the Adige valley. The Polsa-San Valentino ski resort has 9 ski lifts (chairlifts, ski lifts and 4 moving walkways / rope tows) that allow you to descend over 40 km of slopes, approved and guaranteed by programmed snowmaking systems.
Snowboard lovers have at their disposal the Double Park in Polsa. Halfpipe / Jump for beginners and experts, in one of the largest snowparks in Trentino. For families with children there are two equipped and fun baby parks in the snow and school camps with moving walkways. On Valentine's Day there is also a tubbing rink and ice skating.
5 km of tracks are prepared at the cross-country ski center of San Giacomo, for the classic technique and for skating. The Montebaldo Italian Ski School offers specialized instructors for beginners, snowboards, disabled people and federal coaches.
With the same Skipass, for the whole Christmas period and then on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, taking advantage of the free ski-bus shuttle that connects Sanvalentino to the slopes of a Prà Alpesina-Monte Baldo, you can ski overlooking the lake enjoying a beautiful view of Lake Garda.
